Appointments

You can book appointments by calling our reception team during opening times.  Alternatively, you can book, check and cancel appointments via the NHS app. 

If you have a general enquiry 

We ask patients with general enquiries to use our online services where possible.  When our online services aren't appropriate or the query requires a telephone call, we ask patients to call after 11am.  This is to support patients who are calling due to requiring an appointment or urgent advice. 

Test Results

All test results are reviewed by a clinician before being made available to patients. If the result is abnormal, or the clinician feels further action needs to be taken, they will contact you directly.

You can view some test results on the NHS app.  If you are concerned or wish to speak to someone regarding your results, please call after 11am. 

You can contact the practice online using a secure and confidential form to advise or ask about any symptoms you're having, ask a question or follow up about something. This could be either about your own health or on behalf of someone you care for.

This includes: fit (sick) notes, test results, prescription requests or anything else admin related
