NHS England, supported by PCSE, may send messages to patients to confirm their home address. This is part of their regular list maintenance activities.
These messages may be sent by letter, email and text message.
Emails are sent from NHS Confirm your address <nhs.confirm.your.address@notifications.service.gov.uk>.
Text messages are sent from NHSdetails.
The emails include an option for patients to change their home address directly with the NHS at: https://change-your-address.account.nhs.uk.
This is a new service that’s being tested with patients who receive these emails.
